The Same Old Questions and Prompts

Just in case you might think I am asking the same questions in this blog, and am giving the same prompts, I am not. For the most part. I might ask the question slightly differently. The reason why I might restate a journaling question or prompt is because you will answer it slightly differently each time. Those slight differences make a difference. Compare your answers. See what is different.

Journaling is about stages. It's about time.

The more we journal, the deeper we go. The deeper we go, the more we will grow. The more we grow, the more we will get out of our journaling.

Part of the reason why we journal is to become better people and live better lives. The only way to do that is through honest, deep, thorough introspection, and self-reflection.

Journaling helps us grow.

As a matter of fact, you could answer all of the questions, and do all of the prompts on this blog, several times a week and you will get even more out of them. So if there is a repeated question or prompt, do it anyway. It will help you get more out of your journaling and will help you live a better life and be a better person. And what is the harm in that?
